Clarkton has been a fixture in Angeles since 1992 and is still run in a relaxed, practical style: around 100 rooms, a pool, a gym and spa, the 24-hour Panorama restaurant and a bar. It is not on Fields Avenue but about 1.5–2 km away near Clark – the hotel’s shuttle takes you to Walking Street and SM City Clark, and Clark airport is about 20 minutes by car. Most of the building has stairs rather than lifts.
