LK Metropole sits right in the middle of Soi LK Metro, the lively lane of bars and restaurants between Second Road and Soi Buakhao. Rooms have balconies, there is an outdoor pool, a rooftop terrace, a gym and a sauna, and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away and Walking Street around 1.4 km. Some rooms are a little dated, but for location and a relaxed visitor policy it is hard to beat.
